Meaning that .39% 2dDr (not even half of 1 percent) is almost equal to 2% minoxidil. If you were to use equal numbers (2% vs 2%) 2dDr would theoretically knock minoxidil out cold with over 5x the results of minoxidil. Of course, results vary and human trials have not been done using 3% 2ddr.
