How long does it take for me to receive my order?
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of this product and the fact that it is technically “for research purposes only” we are not able to offer returns/exchanges.
How do I track the status of my order?
Emails will be sent approximately 1 hour after your order is received.
How do I receive customer support?
Simply use the form on this page. We usually answer within 1-2 business days but we try our best to get to answer same day.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Tell us as soon as possible! We will attempt to contact the Post Office and change it.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship anywhere the USPS ships.
Will my items come in one package?
Yes! We do not do “dropshipping” or have fulfillment centers. We pack and ship everything ourselves from our warehouse in Ontario, California.
